Our Venture Debt program directly advances this mandate by acting as a growth catalyst for UAE based SMEs in strategic sectors through the provision of innovative funding solutions in partnership with leading UAE banks and financial institutions.

This program is designed to bridge the funding gap for SMEs, ensuring they have the necessary resources to fulfil their growth objectives and deliver value-added projects within the UAE.

By addressing the specific financing needs of SMEs, our Venture Debt program supports their overall growth and contributes to the creation of in-country value, including the employment of national talent and the localisation of supply chains in key sectors.

  • The shareholding of the company must be 51% Emirati owned and managed.
  • Free zone companies serving UAE Government contracts

The Company should be based in the UAE

FUNDING

  • Capex and working capital: AED 10M -60M

VALUE ADD IN THE UAE

The company business should add value in the UAE through:

  • Emiratization
  • Local integration, assembly, production or design and development
  • Localization of the supply chain

BORROWER CONTRIBUTION

A certain % of shareholder in business is required and this varies on a case by case bases.
